1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "borgwin" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at borgwin.net and all associated services, games, and features.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who registers an account with borgwin or accesses the borgwin platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered borgwin player account created upon successful completion of the registration process.

3. Eligibility

Providing false information regarding your age is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

4. Account Registration

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

borgwin supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and Philippine bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

• Minimum deposit: ₱50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing: borgwin processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) requirement.
• Verification: borgwin may require identity and payment verification before processing withdrawals. This is a regulatory requirement and is not optional.
• Prohibited payment methods: Cryptocurrency of any kind and credit card gambling deposits are not accepted by borgwin, in compliance with Philippine payment regulations.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

borgwin offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All borgwin bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered borgwin players only. borgwin reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

• Where a player has both real-money funds and bonus funds in their borgwin account, real-money funds are used first unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the borgwin platform operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment operated by trained dealers. borgwin is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment.

• Game outcomes are determined by RNG or live dealer processes and are not influenced by borgwin or any third party.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, borgwin reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's borgwin account.
• Players must not use any software, tool, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage over borgwin or other players, including but not limited to bots, scripts, or exploit techniques.
• borgwin reserves the right to void any bet or game result that it reasonably believes was affected by technical error, fraud, or collusion.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the borgwin platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering more than one borgwin account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the borgwin platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate borgwin transaction through your payment provider.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the borgwin platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any borgwin game.
• Accessing borgwin from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your borgwin account.

9. Responsible Gaming

borgwin's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their borgwin account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy
